Chi Medicinal Farm - GLENAIRE

A great little pop in off the main road serving a good brew and delicious bites all with a friendly smile. We only tasted the cinnamon swirl which was the best we've ever had - fresh, honey, nuts, cinnamon and a nice casual setting outside to enjoy it in.

We cannot recommend Chi B&B enough. It's a perfect spot along The Great Ocean Road, that really is in the middle of everything there is to do and see. Before we arrived, Shane was so lovely and accommodating during the booking process, everything was a breeze. As soon as we arrived, we got to meet Shane in person, who immediately made us feel welcome and at home. We then met Jo (who is an absolutely AMAZING cook) and had a quick chat about the different things to do around the area, including The Great Ocean Walk and a beautiful, secluded beach, all within a couple of hundred metres of Chi. Shane showed us to our room, which included a super comfy bed, gorgeous rainfall shower head and Foxtel. We took Shane and Jo's advice and took a walk along The Great Ocean Walk track and visited the beach, both of which were absolutely gorgeous. We were then treated to an absolutely amazing dinner (home cooked by Jo) which was honestly the highlight of our weekend (and something my partner will not stop talking about!). We had a delicious, wholesome dinner using veg which was grown out the back, as well as meat sourced locally from the neighbours, followed by one of the best desserts we've ever had! We woke up feeling rested the next morning and we're again treated to a delicious meal and coffee, along with good advice on what to do that day, as well as a great chat with Shane and Jo. We were actually really sad to leave, as we had such an amazing stay, however we will definitely be back! We will be recommending Chi to all our family and friends (both local, interstate and international) as we don't believe you can find a better place to stay along The Great Ocean Road - thank you so much for having us Shane and Jo!!

So great we stopped here twice over the weekend at the kiosk for coffee, as well as cinnamon rolls and berry muffins. And they were fresh right out of the oven, so delicious! The husband and wife team were just as warm and sweet as their yummy baked treats! Definitely recommend if you are driving along the Great Ocean Road and need a pick me up. It's just before the Castle Rock lookout. Just a friendly heads up, it's cash only!

I wish all the places we stayed at were as good as Chi. I think its a new business and they are really trying. We booked for one night had an excellent meal watched one of their Foxtel films a comfortable night's sleep and slightly too much for breakfast...recommended

Great location to explore the area; Glenaire is just beautiful and so wonderful to look out and see rolling hills and then just 200m away is Castle Cove lookout to the incredible coastline. Experienced amazing food; our hosts provided meals on par with a top class restaurant. We really felt so comfortable and spoilt and very welcome during our stay. Loved that it was an organic farm and the hosts pride themselves on their food and quality products - even the body soap/lotion was wonderful. Will definitely return.
