Terrible service they misplaced orders and no apologies on such huge mistakes after keeping people on long wait. Toilet are very dirtyBP service station , which is next to this is neat, clean and has good service. This is a much better alternative especially for families with young kids.

Waited nearly 30 mins for 2 medium burger meals. It wasn't even what I consider to be busy, just clearly understaffed. The soda guy was pumping out drinks and making his KPI but no food was coming out. As a result, not only did we end up with watered down coke (ice had fully melted), but the fries were cold and starchy and the burgers not worth the wait. Honestly the worst McDonald's experience ever and will forever drive past this place now. Should have diverted into town to get something better and faster.Update: was one again desperate to stop somewhere and decided to come here to grab a coffee. It was an off day, no public holiday or anything. 20 min wait for what was an awful coffee and a tasteless toastie (I should trademark that).Fool me once shame on you, but you fooled me twice Glenrowan maccas so ashamed on me.

During a lengthy journey, I stopped for a meal at this busy restaurant. It was quite crowded, and I had to wait at least 30 minutes for my order, which I found a bit disappointing for a fast food establishment. The food was excellent, earning a perfect score of 5/5. However, the service and atmosphere left much to be desired, rating only 2/5 for both. Overall, I had a mixed experience.
