Dunkin' - Gloucester

This restaurant has the worst service in town and would be better off closed. They only have one woman working, and if she does get help, the second person is much faster. She is always openly complaining and rude to those waiting in line. It's better to go to a small business coffee shop if you want fast service.

I was 50 cents short, but the waiter insisted on covering the difference with his own money. He was amazing. Beverly loved him. I will definitely be back to repay his kindness tenfold.

I never want my coffee messed up. They have a very limited selection of muffins. I wish they had more blueberry options.

The coffee is awful, it appears that the blend and quality have deteriorated.

I absolutely love this restaurant!! The staff is amazing, and I have been coming here for years without ever receiving an incorrect order. Highly recommend!
