Starbucks - Golden

I heard that you guys are closing up next month that sucks l love to come up here and sit outside and how enjoy the day.I hate you guys are doing this to us.

I really like this location and the staff are very kind and social. However, I wouldn't suggest going here after 7. I was going there to study at 7:15, and the doors were locked. It could be a staffing issue, but otherwise, a good store.

Service was fast, and everyone was super polite but the coffee needed work

Skip this location, they are severely lacking in customer service skills, or perhaps they just don 't care. Stopped by this afternoon about 1:45 (1/18/2020) and let a lady behind me go ahead. She had a double order and the lone barista started on it. Two other employees were on the end of the counter staring at a tablet and doing some type of internal business. I was perusing the pastries and the two employees barely looked up I was expecting something like can we get something started for you, or get you a pastry? , but nothing. When a new customer came in, they acted like she was a long lost relative and immediately served her while continuing to all act like I was the invisible man. I just left and I am not sure they even noticed. Went up to Higher Grounds just up the street used to go there when I was in college better service, better coffee and they act like they want your business. Support the independent coffee houses and ignore these corporate places that now take us all for granted. Why can 't we give zero stars? I was never served.
