On July 4th for lunch. Wasn't busy at all. My family and I have some things that were all delicious. The staff was friendly and nothing unusual or negative to report. I'm back.
Please make sure that you can hire people who are really good with customer service and have a voice and speak? Having staff that are rude and you get to ask them to speak as some are hard to hear? is absolutely disgusting and won?t help your company grow. Ariana was absolutely disastrous in the ride thru, gave dirty looks and definitely not about manners.
Get 2 of 5 items. That sucks because my grand orders were the missing ones. They offered loans that are all right, but still had no food. Never again will I order from here.
I?m a traveler coming from California and I just wanted to get some panda express pulled into the drive to one of the people in the drive-through just started acting rude while the other one trying to cover for it then I ordered my meal which was teriyaki chicken orange chicken and rice and then another order of teriyaki and choi Ming noodle my rag gro (how ever you spell it We ask for sweet and sour Sauce and extra napkins. We only received the rice the 2 types of chicken (which was mainly fat and not even cut. and nothing else. I want to know who I contact to compensate my order. I let the customer service slide but how are you gonna miss half the order? I won?t be coming back to this location if I?m ever back in Arizona
