Starbucks - Grand Canyon National Park

Not a single barista working is kind nor courteous! Not a single one greeted customs and all three passing drinks did so with distain as customers requested assistance with the erroneous drinks! Customer Service Matters!!!

We’re big fans of Starbucks in the US this one didn’t deliver… They didn’t seem to care got the order wrong over filled our Starbucks reusable cups so that they would spill off we put the lids on but couldn’t handle the cups for to Covid. They had no problem handling the $20 note that we paid with though… Probably a local management issue. We will not be deterred.

Quick service, typical Starbucks. Not overpriced like some of the other nearby food joints.

This little licensed store was so cute clean. The employees were so nice even when they had a line out the door. I was impressed by how well they all handled the stress. They also had my drinks out right away, and I had 4.

I waited 35 mins and didn't even make it half way threw the line before I had to leave for work.. One person making coffee. One person making food and one taking orders. I'm a local and I can't use the app because they don't allow it. How am I supposed to get my coffee and get to work without taking over a hour in line?
