Chili's Grill - Grand Junction

Came to eat with my family at lunchtime, and it was muded. our server andrew was fantastic! he was super busy but quiet and was super nice. the food was delicious and quickly came out! kudos to you. many thanks.

It was Veterans Day and I told our waitress I am a Veteran. I ordered from the menu created for Veterans on the complimentary day. The waitress never acknowledged me as a veteran and then I had to ask her to remove the charge from my plate. (My friend purchased a lunch, but then both meals were on one ticket. Great atmosphere, because the dining area was filled with Veteran's. I'm female and was not respected by at least 2 wait staff. Guess I will stick with Applebee's for respect on Veteran's Day.

Great service from my server ally: cleaner charging and eating was great. but really the main focus is ally, she was so sweet and prestige with my party of 5 people, she was eating on her with the drinks amd. she is one of the biggest server I ever had honestly and my lunch with chili is a pleasant outing.

Food was okay but service was lacking. When our party arrived, we were seated at a dirty table. Waitress was not giving refills and didn't bring requested sour cream/extra plates until we were done with the meal. The table of 8 had to share 5 sets of silverware because we weren't been given more, even after requesting some. To top it off, we did not tip much because we weren't impressed with the service however our waitress chased us out of the restaurant asking for more tip. She stated that we should take into consideration that it was close to closing when we left. Most of our party works in customer service and will gladly tip if we are happy with the service we receive. I dont personally think chasing the customers down for more tip is proper work ethic....
