Absolutely delicious! I ordered the senior special, which included a generous serving of fried flounder, coleslaw, and a baked potato, along with a lovely bowl of hush puppies as an appetizer—all for just $9.50! I’ll definitely be returning soon! This restaurant is thriving, with multiple locations. Be sure to check it out; you won’t be disappointed!

The "short-staffed" sign indicates that there are no food runners, so the single server handling that section has to bring your appetizer after taking and delivering other orders. As a result, your hot appetizer may not arrive hot. The fried items are heavily breaded and seem to come from a freezer bag. However, the coleslaw is excellent. The side dishes were good and served hot. When it comes to seafood, broiling is definitely the way to go here. I really miss how things were before the pandemic.

This is a wonderful spot to enjoy a meal, whether you're with family or dining solo; you'll always feel at home here. The wait staff is exceptional, and the food is consistently hot and fresh. Thank you, Cap’n!

The food was ok but customer service is seriously lacking. First words from waitress was, Our drink machine is down, all we have is water and tea. Which would you like? After 15 minutes of my wife and son sitting there with empty cups, a waitress froma different section came and offered to fill their cups with tea. Our waitress only offered to fill our cups after handing usthe check. We tried Captain Galleys but its not for us. We won 't be back.

Love the amount of food they give you for the modest price. We went at the right time, was not crowded and busy at all. The only negative thing is the second bowl of complimentary hushpuppies was left in the fryer a wee bit too long and were tasteless andhard for me to chew, so I landed up dumping them out
