Me and my fiance come here every morning. The coffee is good. Our only complaint is that every single time we order there the order takers are always saying anything else? After every single thing we order. Making us feel rushed. They don 't even ask uswhat we want in our drinks or how much we want or what type of milk etc. Please train them to be more patient. Thank you.

I feel this location has the best staff. The food comes out very consistent they are very professional here but the best part is they're not afraid to have fun with it

I’d love to give zero stars. The way the staff INCLUDING THE MANAGER spoke to my fiancé today was insane. I’ve never heard of a store acting like that! So so unprofessional. They mess up my order constantly and get angry and vindictive if you ask them to correct it. Today was the last straw we won’t be giving another DIME to the dunkin in Gray. Consistently terrible service from at least two specific employees. The bagels are stale and don’t ask for extra cream cheese or you will be disappointed.

I am not from the east coast so every visit to Dunkin is exciting to me!! I ordered a small hot coffee and hash browns. The hash browns were well seasoned (no ketchup needed) but were soggy next time i will stick to their sandwich items. Coffee is OK and gets the job done. The workers were nice and I received my order quickly. If you want to dine in, there's plenty of seating and parking. Also, there is free wifi!
