Panda Express - Gresham

As a Dasher, I really appreciate this team! They are consistently polite, always make sure I’m not waiting too long, and greet me with a smile. I absolutely love the Panda!

After dining at several places, I've noticed that the main difference is in the quality of service. How can one evaluate the service when it feels like they constantly have new staff who don't pay much attention? Most of the time, they seem indifferent, just taking your order, processing your payment, and sending you on your way. It’s not a complaint, just an observation about the world we live in today. I miss the days when a restaurant valued your business and made an effort to encourage you to return.

The food here is just mediocre, not as good as at other places. Tonight, there was a long line out the door, and the manager spent about 20 minutes chatting with one table while his staff struggled to provide service. I had to return to the counter to fix my order. I understand it's fast food, but there should still be some level of good service. I won't be coming back. If you're craving Panda, I recommend going to Gresham instead. The food is better, and the staff are much friendlier. This experience was quite disappointing.

Raw meat? Idk texture was also torn? could not stop it

Excellent food and good costumer service. I would give five if they have more shrimps dishes options.
