Contribuisci feedbackMy wife ordered online and paid online. I went to go and pick it up and gave the lady at the front my order number which was 16. And the name on the order, and a description of what was ordered. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed a receipt even though my wife ordered it from her phone. This all came with some attitude for whatever reason. I showed her the text from my wife and she told me to have my wife send me the screenshot. The entire order was less than six dollars and I felt like with the specifics that I gave, how can I potentially scam the system by not having a receipt. I’ve been picking up orders from Burger King’s all over without any issues in the past and never once needed a receipt and I asked the lady for her name and she replied may I ask why. And which I replied not anymore. She should’ve had a name tag on and some level of professionalism minus the attitude. I won’t be going back to this location ever again needless to say.
I called up there to see about a job opportunity, and the girl just hung up on my face. Smh that is disrespectful and disgusting.. I’ll eat this location
We ordered 2 bacon kings, a whopper and a chicken sandwich with 3 large fries and 2 cheese sticks.We got our order thru drive thru, took 30 mins to get HALF of the order. Checked and went back in for the chicken sandwich and whopper... Chicken sandwich was waiting to be bagged still and the whopper wasnt even made yet.Got home and one of the bacon kings is missing a patty, cheese and has 2 small pieces of bacon and both bacon kings have burnt edges.Unless they changed how many patties are in it in the last month.This is horrible. Normmally i enjoy this burger king. Not now
The wait is ridiculous.. all they do is play around in there instead of making sure their customers get their food fast... childish
You ask for no salt in your fries ? and they still give you fries with salt irritating. But overall at least you getting hot food.
