Contribuisci feedbackI was a loyal customer of Animo Juice (and everyone I know also loved them), often order food here and one of the things I really love from them is their soup. So I sent them by email to ask when they got soup and I was told they would try again on Monday. What I was excited and came on Monday, I went to the soup by Grubhub. There was an error message to me and said that this restaurant can't finish orders now. Please try again later or choose another restaurant. So I thought I'd call Animo and let her know that something was wrong with her system of order by Grubhub. The person who replied that there was probably something I ordered was not in stock (it was not because I tested it after the phone call and added a salad and there was still this mistake) and when I told her that it was soup, she said that to fix it, they would have to call Grubhub and that would be too much of anger. Then I asked if I could add something else of equal value and say I wanted to take soup, and they said no. As I said, after this rude call (I had never had a restaurant told me that they would rather have something broken than calling Grubhub care), I added something different than soup and got the same mistake. Animo doesn't care.
Many options... they even called me to make sure my online order was perfect!
Loved the simple order, the fast service and the delicious food. We weren't kicked out and had a relaxed time. Great place to eat and enjoy a delicious meal!
Salad with real taste and a variety of textures. Definitely hard to find when I eat, and the smoothie also tasted fresh. Hopefully back!
I used to go to Animo at least 3-4x per week, every week. Unfortunately, the customer service has seriously declined over the last 6 months and so has the food preparation. They allow you to order online ahead, however, when you do so they make your order whenever it?s convenient for them, not when you request it be ready for pick up?this means your drink sits there to get warm. They also failed to make the correct $8 drink several times for me and when I returned to get the drink that I ordered there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience that it caused me or the error on their part. I?ve witnessed several people returning to the restaurant w similar issues. They clearly have no interest in acknowledging or addressing these issues. I?ll head to GoodBeet!
