During my visit to Bermuda, I struggled to find many vegan dining options until I discovered Marcus restaurant at the Hamilton Princess hotel. I was thrilled to find that they serve the Beyond Meat burger with vegan cheese. In addition to this, they offer various sides and a few other vegan-friendly dishes. The restaurant has a beautiful circular design with glass all around, making it a great spot for an evening meal. The bar is impressive, offering a wide selection of beautifully crafted cocktails.
