The food at this restaurant was delicious. I ordered my mother's favorite ice cream flavors - black walnut and coffee. My brother had coffee and donuts. It happened to be National Donut Day, so it was a great way to celebrate.

I ordered an ice cream and called ahead to confirm it was ready for pick up upon arrival. Unfortunately, upon reaching the restaurant, I was not informed that my order was not ready. When I spoke with a manager about the issue, he was very rude and tried to argue with me about why my cake was not prepared. Despite my email confirmation stating it was for pick up that day, the manager insisted it was for the following day. He dismissed my concerns and stated that my business did not matter to him. I have never experienced such poor treatment and as a result, I will not be returning to this establishment.

One of the best Dunkins in the area.. Always fully stocked, always a quick line. The are the best and they never get my order wrong. Top Notch

Staff is always lost and constantly confusing ice cream orders.
