Byway Brewing - Hammond

Food was very good and a good amount for the price. Beers are pretty solid for a self sustaining brewery. The wine slushie and liquor slushie were very refreshing. Service was outstanding. She was attentive towards every part of our experience.

We came with our two children on a Saturday at 5 pm. We were seated promptly and the door personnel were accommodating. Once we were at the table we did not get service until I made someone aware that we had not been greeted. The server apologized, but was interrupted taking our order by another employee who dd know table numbers. When we were given water and glasses with ice I poured the water, but when we were brought our drinks we were not given any additional glasses or even asked if we would like them. We had to ask for them. I also think if you are going to offer kid items a small menu with prices would be appropriate. Options for small side salads or some alternative to chips and fries as well. With all that said, the food that was presented was plated well and tasted great! Just seems the details are holding you back and lack of training. I would hate to see lack of training and organization bring you down.

When I come here for business every few months this is the one place I HAVE to eat at. I've tried most of the menu and have thoroughly enjoyed everything I've eaten. Always a tasty meal. The beer is fresh and there is always a wide selection. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Been back a couple of times since my initial review. And I enjoyed the food better each time.
