Contribuisci feedbackI haven't eaten at a Rally's in decades. Now I remember why. The portions are small for the price, and the price charged was different from what was posted on the drive-thru menu. The drink was mostly ice. The chicken tenders were good, but they were skimpy.
I should've checked when I arrived, but I don't appreciate paying for fry seasoned chicken tenders and look nothing like the image they portray. They were burnt, to the crisp. Sadness
My food was made fresh and to order. The employee was very nice
The young woman who took my order and welcomed me at the window was exceptional. I am pleased that they have friendly staff who provide excellent customer service and prepare delicious food even late at night.
I am conflicted because Rally's has been a long-time favorite in my fast food rotation, but the new way they are operating is not up to par. We arrived at an empty drive-thru and were instructed to order at the window, which was inconvenient as it made it difficult to remember menu items or make spontaneous choices. Our order was taken by a new employee, who I won't fault for her lack of experience. However, I was disappointed to see the managers in the background chatting away, only to realize they had just started cooking our food 7 minutes after we paid. After waiting an additional 5 minutes (with a line of customers forming behind us), we were asked to pull into a parking spot. Our food was finally brought out 20 minutes later, but they had given us the wrong sauce. When I tried to get the correct sauce from the locked lobby, I was forced to walk back to the window. Thankfully, the food was hot and delicious, as a negative experience would have likely led to a different type of review.
