Taco Bell - Hammond

I can't understand why we can't place two separate orders for one car just because there aren't enough staff. It doesn't make sense to see a bully at 11 o'clock.

I had a really frustrating experience at this restaurant. They consistently close much earlier than their posted hours, which is very inconvenient. The staff on the night shift often claims they are out of food, yet deliveries through DoorDash seem to have no issues. Just last night, they forgot a half order I picked up. Their process is confusing; drivers are often told to leave the line and place a mobile order instead. After all this, they still lost my half order. I called ten times with no response. Finally, I managed to get through the next day, and they insisted that they only forgot two items, but claimed they didn't have my order number. How can they know what was missing if they have no record of my order? When I requested a refund for the two items due to their mistake, I was informed that I might be suspended for it. This manager really needs to get the night shift in order; their poor service is negatively affecting their reputation.

Don't go at night. I ordered a box and they gave me 2 doritos los tacos. I only go with the personal with healthy sense in the morning.

Every time I go there, I don't want to see any sour, I hate her sour looking because they do. I don't understand how it's hard to do this task. it is every time without fail, I even stopped to taco bell period because of it. had a taste for it and I thought that places were finally busy enough that they did not hurry. I was the only customer and I even ordered online before the time so there was no hurry! absolutely ridiculous.

Always out of everything and won’t refund. They try to make you sub for cheaper items. Employees are rude and manage to doesn’t help either. I usually have to drive 15 min to another town to get food. No hot sauce no receipt no professionalism. This location sucks and has for a long time I don’t know why they remodeled they should have shut down
