Tim Hortons - Hanover

Visited this location today and counter service was fast and efficient however I needed to use the restroom just before leaving. There was a long line for the unisex washroom and after a woman came out she mentioned that it was out of paper. While waiting I mentioned this to a staff member who was cleaning floors and she responded that she would get some. Several people used the facility ahead of me yet the staff member never came out to refill the paper.

Service was a little slow, but order was accurate and satisfactory.

Incredibly disappointed!Every single part of my order was incorrect. They gave me the wrong sandwich and wrong type of chicken for the wrap we got. As well as our drinks were not full like they are supposed to be. The person that got the sandwich could not eat it. They ordered the ham and cheese sandwich. They can't eat turkey and that's what they gave her.When we got there it was completely empty in the drive through and the parking lot looked empty as well.No reason to mess up someone's order that bad. Unfortunately we could not turn back to talk to the workers but we will never come back to this location.I completely understand small mistakes when busy and crazy but that was not the case.Do better.

Exterior garbage over flowing, no toilet paper, wouldn't toast bagel bc they were closing in 15

Puh-puh-puh-pathetic. Literally everyone here needs to be fired. Infact, there's already another tim hortons that is actually open 24/7 and gives amazing service and quality food. Just shut this stupid place down. There's only 2 older woman here that know how to do their job, AND THEY ARENT THOSE EAST INDIAN GIRLS. If your gunna fire people, start with them.
