Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The food was cold and the steak was sad. The waitress would never get killed. Honestly for the $90 I spent, I should have gone to Longhorn Steak House. Food: 1/5

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The last 3 times I was in your restaurant food quality and service keeps sinking. Meals never come with what the menus say and if asked if I get my meal as described I get eye roles as it will be shown to ask the Audacity how it will be described. This is the last time for me. Good luck with your future efforts.

What can I say, this cracker barrel service is not good. They either take forever or forget to check on their tables. The waitress I got was awfully muchless the manager who manages the staff. I am not one to complain, but if you order your meal, expect it to be complete and not halfway through and through the time they bring other things Your food is cold makes it taste terrible. I asked about the cornbread biscuits and she brings 1 corn bread and 3 cookies I'm like cotton? She said it's one per customer I'm so upset at this point she said she would bring more and a century to never check them for drinks ever.. It was just terrible the mgr. She said she did it right to bring 1 item at a time. I am like hu, they pay them for kilometers on foot and bring fewer things for customers are u serious. She's just as bad as the waitress. I think the district manager should go there and eat without telling them and seeing for himself how it is managed. Then at the time to notice the attention register there were drops of soda spilled I was worried didn't want someone to slip. I told the counterman that he looks unclear when I told him he was bringing mop or napkins. And out! He drips a paper bag on the floor on the drop of soda to wipe soda off the floor. I'm like you're kidding me. Geez what in the world is it not rocket science get a damn napkin idk. It was just a bad experience that I feel that the entire staff, including the administration, needs serious manners and moves properly. Only cashier felt something and said so sorry that I got mgr. I'm not so disturbing that she's as vulnerable as the waitress. No ordinary Sence at all. Cracker Barrel, if you desperate for Hire Help yall do a terrible job. Only to fill the attitude to make the company look bad. They asked for a glass of pop to go and they gave me this miniature children's glass, which is a fucking joke on me. Ha ha! I hope the higher manager (restriction or owner) sees this comment. And the ticket and food.

I had a great experience here. The restaurant was busy, but I sat within 5 minutes. I met a friend who ran late and the very nice server was ready to fill my coffee cup every few minutes. Our food quickly came to our table and everything was delicious. I like to go back to this cracker barrel.
