Hooters - Harlingen

I had lunch during the week, and Steph was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the grilled cod with fries, and the cod was delicious.

The staff is fantastic, but the food could use some improvement. The servers can be inconsistent, but the bartenders are incredibly friendly.

Good food but horrible service. Waitresses are lazy. We were waiting for 20 minutes and no one ever showed up to take our drink. The manager was notified and that didn’t change anything. We had to leave.

Poor quality food on a Monday evening. You can eat better and at half of the price at a fast food restaurant!! We ordered shrimp and they were tasteless and all batter. They cost $12 for 12 and were Smaller than a quarter. The other plate we ordered, also tasteless, was (3) tacos and they had very little meat and mostly cabbage. This establishment does not offer specials either. However, the beer was good.

Waitres shuffle, no one to attend you while you stand in line, waitresses on cell phones or in kitchen and avoiding customers… only ONE ONE ONE BAR TENDER… food was undercooked… manager should be fired ASAP… a team is a leader… no leader in sight the whole time I was there
