Russo's New York Pizzeria - Harlingen

We absolutely love Russo's! We were the last guests there after a Friday night football game, and despite the fact that they were closing at 11 PM, the staff was friendly and courteous. They didn't rush us out at all; in fact, our server encouraged us to take our time, which was very thoughtful. Thank you, Russo's, for the fantastic pizzas!

I had the worst experience with both the food and service at this restaurant! The lettuce was brown and arrived without any dressing. I had to wait until everyone at the table finished their meals before I even received mine. My simple sandwich was made with dry bread and barely any filling. It took an hour and a half to get my salad and sandwich. It was a complete waste of both my money and my time.

Russo's Pizza is fantastic! It serves the best New York-style pizza in the Valley. However, their customer service and delivery need significant improvement. They rarely answer the phone, and they often cancel online orders, which makes them quite unreliable. If these issues were addressed, I would order from them much more frequently.

I had a wonderful experience with my family. Our waiter, Scott, was incredibly nice and respectful. I will definitely be returning soon!

I honestly don't mind if someone is under the influence while working BUT if it impedes your production then maybe you shouldn't do it. My food was great but after having to wait a good while to get any kind of service. My date's food was cold and just put together horribly....Russos usually held a pretty good standard but I don't know if I'll ever go back.
