Contribuisci feedbackI went to Johnny Rockets for lunch with my coworkers. When it came time to pay, we each got our bill. The cashier charged me the wrong amount but gave me the cash difference. I walked out and waited for my coworkers to finish. They signaled me back inside where the general manager, Aaron Rodriguez told me that he had refunded my sale and he needed my debit card again to charge the correct amount. I asked for a credit receipt and he was unable to give me one. He was defensive and rude. He told me I needed to check my account online tomorrow because refunds take up to 24 hours to post. I told him I shouldn't have to check my account for a mistake that wasn't my fault. I ended up paying cash. He never offered an apology but rather told me that I needed to hurry and pay because there was a line behind me. When I told him that he was being rude and hadn't offered an apology, he said he didn't realize that I felt I needed an apology. I will NEVER go to this restaurant again simply because of this bad experience. He was the General Manager. What kind of training has he had with customer service? This was a huge disappointment. He represents Johnny Rockets and this is how he treats his customers. What a shame.
Great atmosphere for children/family and delicious food. service was excellent. well to see that all server work together to help each other. our register card was at $50 for 3 adult entrees, 1 child meal and 3 shakes. not bad if we usually spend $80 to $100 for our typical family dinner. we're coming back.
Everything was clean. the personal was excellent. so they recommend this place. eating was hot and tasty. milkshakes strawberry banana is my favorite.
After the burger I had here, I won't lie. it will be hard to have a burger, elsewhere this thing was juicy, affordable, warm and delicious. def recommends this location
The burger was great. had the only rocket. the staff was fast and very friendly.
