Wendy's - Harrisburg

This Wendy's is usually my go to in my area. The service is usually fast and accurate. This time, I'm assuming the manager took the night off, wasn't that at all. Attitude when I ordered, charged for food I didn't receive and what I did receive wasn't what I ordered. Extremely disappointed, they also didn't give me a receipt otherwise I would have addressed it directly through Wendy's. Do better guys, my family definitely appreciated being hungry tonight

I don’t care to eat out anymore but my family decided to go here tonight and could not have been happier. The manager was fantastic! Food was great, service and, the other employees were super great too. Super clean too. Just a pleasant experience all around.

My family and I came in for something different than what we usually eat. The whole meal from start to finish was amazing. Everything tasted fresh. The manager on duty was awesome and very personable. I will definitely have to come back.Kid-friendliness: My daughter can be shy at times and the manager talked to her with a smile so that she would open up and order her food.

Best Wendy's I've been to. Very clean store. Fast and polite staff. Best Wendy's fries I've ever had. The fries at this lacation beat the other fast food chains. Not sure what made them diffent but they were

First off the kiosk did not work. We found that out when we went to pay. Then we had to go up to the counter. They didn't welcome us. They didn't say hi. Welcome the Wendy's can I take your order? Our cold our burger was cold. Even the spicy nuggets felt like they sat around. The fries were warm.
