Benny Sorrentino's - Harrisonburg

The service and atmosphere were terrific. I was stunned at the size of the whole pizza, but quite underwhelmed with the amount of toppings. I would have thought that for $48 on a pizza that size, there would have been more pepperoni than a personal pan pizza at a Pizza Hut. The cheese seemed pretty scant too because with some bites, I got dough and sauce not even cheese. I was let down and felt like I was buying the experience of getting a pizza with a diameter wider than our table, rather than buying a good pizza.

I had no idea this place had been there for this long. Found out about it and had to go get me a slice. Absolutely phenomenal, a little pricey though as one slice costs $6

Great college-town pizza. Grab a slice to go, then head around the corner for a beer at Three Notched.

Good pizza, but a good chunk of their canned sodas are expired. Take heed!
