Outback Steakhouse - Harrisonburg

First, let me say that our server, Madison, was excellent from start to finish! My surf n ' turf (filet lobster was absolutely scrumptious! Even though the filet appeared to be charred on the outside at first glance, it did not taste charred at all. I ordered it medium-rare and it was cooked to perfection! The carrots in the vegetable medley were a bit undercooked but the rest of the vegetables were perfect. I did add on shrimp to my entree for an extra cost. 4 shrimp came with my plate and I will say they were a bit dry, but overall the meal was amazing. My son ordered the chicken tenders for kids and he said they tasted bad. But, I often find with kids that they can eat something one day and think it 's the best thing since sliced bread and then eat the exact same thing the next day and swear is horrible! Lol Just to be sure, I tried one of his chicken tenders and they tasted fine. I think maybe the fryer oil might have needed to be changed because they did seem to have that 'old oil ' taste to them, but I certainly wouldn 't say they were bad. He ate all his fries and of course that whole loaf of awesome bread they bring you so he definitely didn 't go hungry! Overall, I give our experience, meal and service, 's! We love Outback and I was so glad to enjoy a date night with my little guy (he 's 11 so not so 'little ' anymore!

Outback steakhouse is my comfort place, especially as a college student. The servers are AMAZING. If you sit at the bar, I highly recommend Meredith and also order the steak dip! Can never go wrong going to Outback.

Short wait time, bread and drinks were out within just a few minutes. Food was delicious and cooked correctly. General moral of the staff was excellent, seems like a family environment for sure. We had the pleasure of having Madison R. as our server and she was very kind and attentive. Great sense of humor, she had us laughing the whole evening! Definitely ask her about the strawberry lemonade. We will definitely be back!

Compared to other Outback Steakhouse’s , I preferred this one. The waitress was very attentive( I forgot her name). The drinks were good along with the food. Also my daughter didn’t care for her food the manager offered to grab her another meal without us asking. So I would say that was great hospitality!

We decided to sit at the bar and had Olivia as our bartender and waitress. She exceeded our needs and her hospitality was outstanding. Drinks were superb (extra olives in my ****, YES! and food came out fast and hot! Thanks again for the excellent date night with my mate.
