Disgusting. My sandwich had a long piece of hair intertwined through it. I sent in a complaint and was just told “we are notifying our staff”. When I asked for a refund, since I was clearly unable to eat the sandwich, I was ignored. I have emailed 3 times now. Absolutely disgusting.
Love this location ! My food is always made fresh and on a timely matter . All the staff are very kind.
The sole woman working the counter doing mobile orders was really nice and inviting. Very quick service!
They don’t even know how to scoop the bread in the middle. I literally called them to request the hollow the bread in the middle and then they just keep repeating “Subway doesn't take that kind of request “. You can literally google it. And wrong bread not even toasted.
