Valley Cafe - HATCH

I had the Huevos Ranchero breakfast, it was incredible, beans were soooooo good. Coffee had a great taste! Service was great!! We bought a jar of their Salsa it is so good, hss a kick then mellows out, fantastic! Highly recommend!

Stopped here and had a green chili cheesburger. The food was very good and the service and atmosphere was okay.

We detoured off the interstate to find lunch. Valley Cafe could hold their own against the best chile in Santa Fe, Albuquerque or El Paso. It was great. I had the green chile pork burrito and split chile cheese fries with my wife. It’s simple food done perfectly.

Everything was great. Green chile cheese burgers are bomb! Good ladies serving. Bathrooms were clean. Happy customers. We even took one back to Burque with us.
