Contribuisci feedbackI went through the drive-thru and ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a monster burger. When I got home, both burgers were covered in crumbs. I called the manager and all he said was, "I didn't know anything about it, I'm sorry." Sorry? After spending almost $24, all he could say was sorry. The food was terrible! I wish I could post a picture of it!
This restaurant has been permanently closed for several months now. The sign is gone and the building is empty. The location in Hiawassee is also closed.
The food was served cold and we ended up eating in the parking lot. The service for takeout was rated a 3 out of 5, while the food quality also received a 3 out of 5. The atmosphere was rated a 2 out of 5.
The bacon double cheeseburgers at this restaurant were delicious. I always try to be patient and understanding with workers, so even though the service was slow, I didn't say anything. The meal was for lunch and cost between $10-20 per person.
On Sunday morning, I arrived at the restaurant only to find that the door had a time for dining in but was locked. I had to drive through the first window to ask why it was locked, and was told that they were not open for dine-in service. This was very disappointing and unacceptable. Frustrated with excuses related to COVID and staffing shortages, I left without placing an order. I found the situation to be absolutely ridiculous.
