While traveling home from Oklahoma to Colorado we saw a new Fuzzys in Hays and were so excited! However the experience left me rather upset. It was not busy, I walked up and ordered right away, but had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. (At very busy locations I have never had to wait that long) After inquiring about my order one of the employees took a taco out of the bag and around the corner...sus! Then I get to the car and am checking the order, the queso was missing the toppings, and one of the tacos looked like an animal attacked it. Still hungry from a long day of traveling I went to eat one of my breakfast tacos. I love places that have breakfast all day menus, but Fuzzy's just because you serve breakfast all day doesn't mean you serve potatoes that have been sitting around ALL DAY! Needless to say I won't be back to this location, and I hope fellow travelers read this and think twice as well!
Dont know where to start. Been here twice now and thought I would give them another try however they let me down again. I think owner/management needs to get involved and spend some time here. First the place was dead no one was in there. No personality from the guy taking order. He didn’t want to be thereI ordered a burrito and chips and queso and a margarita. The queso was cold and hard. And my chips were just the crumbles from the bottom of the bag. When I got my burrito, it was cold and soggy. I thought about asking them to heat it up in the microwave, but I could not find anybody to ask. I sat at the bar and never saw a bartender. Or anyone. I would’ve liked to have another drink however, nobody came to wait on me. So with the atmosphere being dead and dancing with the stars on all the TVs, except for two in the corner, I could not see I got out of there. I was in town for business so the manager of the hotel asked me where I ate supper the night before and I told her Fuzzys she said “nobody goes to Fuzzys It’s the worst place in town.” I usually don’t complain or write reviews. I think this is the second one I’ve ever posted. But maybe things will change since this is my second visit there and basically the same outcome as the first time. I have been to other Fuzzys throughout Colorado Oklahoma, Wyoming and Texas and have never had a worst meal or worse time eating out for supper. The only good thing was the one margarita I got
I ordered Fuzzy Taco's catering for a work event. They delivered the food and set it up in our breakroom. The portions they gave us were very generous. The food was delicious, everyone loved the build your own tacos. We will definitely order from them again!
First time ever eating here was about 2 weeks ago. I ordered the Faijita beef quesadilla it was 100% amazing the staff was super friendly the Atmosphere is amazing I'll definitely be back.
Great portions. Makes most of the locations in Fort Worth look bad. The food is good, well seasoned, and tasty. Very similar to how most of the Fuzzy's shops in the Fort Worth area used to be. Thanks for resetting the bar!
