Dunkin' Donuts - Hazleton

The coffee was great, but I went there specifically because I sponsored a contest offering free coffee if the Philadelphia Eagles won. I was disappointed to find out they didn't participate in it. It's frustrating to see a Pennsylvania location supporting a New York team. I won't be returning!

This place consistently serves burnt coffee, gets orders wrong, and there's always a long wait. It's really frustrating, especially since they charge more for coffee than other places. The spot at 309 is much more reliable.

I currently work here, and it's an amazing place to be employed. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the management is excellent. If you're on the lookout for a fun and enjoyable job, this is definitely the place to work!

Usually proper service at the run through, but the toilet (technically a part of the gas station where dunkin is located) had no seismic visit to the last two. yesterday I went to place an order and stood on two minutes while the manager with a friend or coworker on the other side of the counter gossiped. only when I turned around and went for the door, she called someone to take care of the front counter. I just went to the dd in Wilkes-Barre, which was a much more beautiful location.

Enjoy the french vanilla iced coffee. I appreciate the sip n peel game pieces.
