Young Yonder Spirits - Healdsburg

I enjoyed beautifully crafted spirit cocktails and excellent service in the spacious tasting room at y y y y y y y y y y y. After a bike tour in Sonoma, I stopped by out of curiosity for their amaro, and I was not disappointed—it was absolutely delicious, with a citrusy flavor and a mild bitter finish that beautifully expands the range of amari. Darrian, the cocktail expert at the bar, not only welcomed my many questions about the various spirits and liqueurs they offer but engaged with me enthusiastically. I also sampled the H.O.B.S. gin, as well as their bourbon and corn whiskies. All were very good, but the gin was outstanding—a superb high-proof spirit. I ended up joining their club and left with two new bottles in hand, excited to experiment with new cocktails using these fine spirits. If you find yourself near Healdsburg, this is definitely a place not to be missed!

It was difficult to fully evaluate the restaurant because we weren’t able to get served. We arrived around 4:40 and started to place our order when a second employee came in and apologized, stating they couldn’t serve us. The place was empty, which was disappointing, as we were really hoping to enjoy a drink.

We had a fantastic time sampling all seven spirits, and the vodkas and whiskeys were exceptional. I even brought home a bottle of gin! The atmosphere is trendy, and the drinks are both delicious and stylish.

Was meant to stop a cocktail and watch their offers. on Sunday afternoon I finally got off at the exit. super cool and covered lounge areas with an industrial hipster vibe. some people already enjoy cocktails while I went and immediately greeted with a hi and Welcome...very cool. look at their many of mixers and goodies for home bartending out on the display. I was sitting at the bar while the three ladies were fun and stayed for the talk. always a good thing. I decided to have a lime-vodka cocktail that was really 'summer in a glass'. after buying a few things for the home I went with a new job and looking at the rest of my day. super fun and cool moods with a great staff. see these as a great addition to our wineries and local funst scene.

LOh, I'm so happy we found this place!! Great tastings, great cocktails and great staff!! They staff is so welcoming, very professional and on the spot with drinks. We were just saying we didn't need any more wine clubs, so this worked in perfectly and we joined. I'm typically a bourbon guy. Recalled liked it, but I was blown away by the rye! The line vodka was also a huge standout. The absnth is a really tasty treat. They made a killer sazerac, great to end the day of wine tasting!
