The focus of the cooking was on local and seasonal ingredients, with my partner enjoying a more varied meat option compared to my vegan meal, which consisted mostly of root vegetables. Despite this, everything was well-prepared. The staff was friendly and provided attentive service. The manager even recognized my vegan preference without me having to mention it again, which was a nice touch. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere, with only a few tables, and we ended up being the only customers there during our visit. This created an intimate dining experience. The minimalist décor added to the sense of space in the compact restaurant. They even used recycled beer bottles for water glasses, showcasing their commitment to sustainability. We paid under €100 for our meal, which we felt was a great value considering the quality of the food and service. Overall, we had a fantastic time and highly recommend this restaurant.
I'm so thankful that we found this place on Happy Cow! Otherwise, we never would have stumbled upon it. This Scandinavian plant-based restaurant has only 18 tables and offers a vegan tasting menu. The dishes included lemon verbena sorbet with celery root granita as a palate cleanser, roasted pumpkin with barley risotto as the main course, and a dessert of root vegetable muesli with gooseberry sorbet. Everything was executed perfectly, with great wine pairing options. The service was intimate, friendly, and knowledgeable. We arrived early at 5:30 and had the chance to chat with one of the owners, who also served us. This place is fantastic and I highly recommend it!

The food was really good, the menu and wine menu of 6 different kinds were taken. The house had 4 different cuisine surprises, and we ordered a cheese board. The service and presentation of the foods were expert. As a result, I would like to see a waiter’s overreach, but he was . and knowledgeable.
