What If.. - Hershey

Wonderful food and service. Full menu of meats and pastas and seafood.

I ordered a filet mignon topped with crab meat and sauce cooked to medium, but it was served well-done instead. They did offer to bring me a new steak, but I didn't want my husband to finish his meal before I got a replacement. Although I didn't ask for it, I felt they could have offered some kind of discount for the mistake. I understand that errors happen, but given the high praises and expensive prices of the restaurant, I don't think such mistakes should occur at this caliber of establishment.

We enjoyed our dinner and will return with friends!

I had eaten at What If in Harrisburg years ago and always remembered how delicious the Salmon was. It became the standard to which all future Salmon I ate was compared to. None ever quite reached that standard. On Wednesday, at What If Hershey, I had the blackened Salmon with Strawberries and it was just as delicious, if not more so, than that Salmon I had years ago!!!! I can't stop thinking about it!!! I will definitely be back!!!!

Excellent from start to finish. From salads to desert, everything was delicious.
