Chick-fil-a - Hickory

Fantastic customer service! Wonderful employees who are attentive to the customers request. My family loves eating there. The staff has done a wonderful job at improving their drive-thru!

These guys are awesome! We've always had great service both in-store and drive through. I think they do a great job with community involvement, especially with their neighbors Viewmont Elementary. We also love the family activities such as Daddy/Daughter night, fundraiser nights and tonight's stuffed animal sleepover! I've seen negative reviews about slowness and, believe it or not, lack of sauces in the bag. I take those with a grain of salt. Keep in mind this company hires OUR children (high schoolers and college kids) and contributes to getting them ready for the real world. Constructive criticism and teaching moments are one thing and nasty impatience and total lack of compassion is another.

This Chick Fil A is my favorite by far! I have never had to wait on food or have my order incorrect. I told my mother just the other day if all Chick Fil A 's were as 'with it ' as this one is (the one on 127) then there would never be a time I would not stop at a Chick Fil A for a meal. Keep it up!!!

We here at All Glass Company of Hickory always love taking our lunch breaks here, they have the fastest most friendly service around by far. We always love eating here! Favorite fast food in Hickory! Also the catering service is exceptional.
