Paoletti - HIGHLANDS

The first night we were in Highlands, we had no reservation but walked in and they were packed, yet they still accommodated us. The Caesar salad and ravioli were excellent. My husband’s salmon was perfection and my stuffed fish was good, but the star of the show was my friend’s truffle mushroom stuffed ravioli . It was expensive- but you don’t mind paying so much when the food is so good.The real customer service came when I got home and realized I’d left my cashmere wrap somewhere in Highlands during our long weekend! I called them first, they had my scarf and overnighted it to me at no charge to me!! Amazing .

Wonderful Italian restaurant in Highlands. We have been going regularly since 1987. What else needs to be said.

Paoletti’s is the BEST restaurant in Highlands, NC. They offer the only fine dining experience with an extensive wine list, service and cuisine!

Make reservations well in Advance! And it's worth it!

We 've been to Highlands many times, but this was the first time (Dec 19, 2023 we 've dined at Resorante Paoletti. It will certainly not be the last time. In fact, we will make it a point to dine with them every time we visit Highlands! Not only was the food outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and fun. We met Gina and other family members... and, quite honestly, we felt like part of the family before the evening was over! The staff were all working very hard, but they were extremely attentive and took care of us beautifully from the moment we arrived and throughout our dinner. It was obvious that they enjoyed what they were doing and wanted to go above and beyond. It is rare to find this kind of enthusiasm and positive attitude in restaurants these days. This is a family run restaurant and the dedication and pride of the Paoletti 's exudes through every aspect of the business. It is rich in tradition and that results in a wonderful dining experience. What about the food? I could spend a lot of time going through every item we tried that night, but let me just say that everything was superb. My only regret is that in one visit you can 't have a bit of everything on the menu! I have no doubt that you 'll find whatever you order to be wonderful. Ristorante Paoletti is special and you must go when you 're in Highlands (if you are able to get a reservation! . No... I 'm not related to the Paoletti 's but I sure feel like part of the family and look forward to going there again!
