Cascade On Collins - Hobart

Came for happy hour drive ks but had to munch. great snack food (olive and warm flat bread, cheese and chorizo croquettes, reuben santa and chips.) great service and good atmosphere. highly recommended

Lovely little pokies free bar. Sure there's a telly with sports on it, but the sound is off and closed captioning text is on so that's a huge bonus. Range of brews is a little small, but I guess their target market is hotel guests and not people off the street. A top spot for pre-cinema drinks.

Service at Cascade on Collins was good, but inconsistent at the bar. Share plates were delicious, but seriously over priced for portions presented. $12 for three tiny pieces of crumbed Cheese and again for five small pieces of sliced Calamari. Beverages were However great. I'll give this another try, but for share plates, there are better, more affordable options in the vicinity. May 2021

Happy hour from 4.30-6.30pm. Good beer, cozy place.

The most convenient spot for a meal or drink. Excellent food and service.
