The menu was limited and confusing, with unclear ingredients listed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the food we ordered was not good. The atmosphere was noisy and some dishes were overly oily. The view outside was blocked by a thick wall, adding to the disappointment. We would not recommend this cafe to others based on our experience.
Hamlet caffe in hobart. so disappointing. such a great concept in this caffe, but definitiw not for vegan! grandfather had simple brot with the side of the spade after he was told that he could not have the toastia without ricotta, I asked for earthy without goat curd, but. was said, no, can not change the menu! but were they ready to change zucchini flowers to vegan? I asked again really nice for simple strawberries I didn't feel like a big meal as they are on the menu, but it was said it would be too expensive, they would bury me $14 for a small amount without the curd charging and they have a policy that doesn't change the menu to all yet I wanted to order zucchini flowers without yogurt? I had a piece of pure roasted bread to lunch. $5 two speer cut in half four slices brot $12 I don't child it! cappuccino $4.50
We chased the flow to hamlet, based on a recommendation. we loved the atmosphere the service and the simple and tasty eating. the coffee was fantastic and impossible to mistake. hamlet is worth a visit.
I enjoy trying new things, but I wouldn't choose to eat at this restaurant unless I was really in need. However, I had a fantastic breakfast at Hamlet (sourdough crumpets). The coffee was also excellent, and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a good experience!
Outstanding coffee, excellent food, great cause. The atmosphere is so positive and the sense of welcome for both staff and customers is amazing. What am awesome project!!
