Mount Nelson Signal Station - Hobart

A lovely cosy place, with fantastic views on a clear day. The food is great whether you decide to have a feast or afternoon tea and a cheese platter and the service is excellent. The staff are particularly welcoming of and charming towards children. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

We had an absolutely fabulous breakfast, the poached eggs were perfect, the coffee was excellent , the service was great and the White chocolate peanut butter truffles at the counter were scrumptious! I don't think you can get a better breakfast with an amazing view to top it off! A must do, 15 mins from central Hobart...

Another amazing meal and tremendous views, the best in Hobart, yes better than the Mountain. Love the Staff, their wit and coolness in the face of a busy morning, and changing orders! Cheers, thanks again.

Not sure where some of the previous correspondents visited. I found the staff welcoming and efficient, the food well prepared, presented and tasty. And did I mention the spectacular views? Highly recommended.
