Contribuisci feedbackI purchased 2 Burrito bowls for $25. The server placed them in a paper bag without handles, causing one to fall out and spill. They refused to replace the spilled bowl, so I was very disappointed with the customer service. I will not be returning to Chipotle again.
That's one of the worst chipotles I was on and it's disappointing. there are never enough food ready. the flesh is burned. the preparations talk about their eating. there is in the rule a ton of uber isst prepared to give up so that in the rule there is a long line. there was water that driped out of the return opening over the food. eating is overcontaminated. the quality is just not there. I give them only 2 stars because they were clean.
I like chipotle and my chicken bowl this time was just okay. I felt as if I had a rice dish instead of a chicken dish. the guacamole was also super salty, which was a disappointment. I hope next time I visit the food will be good again
Bad customer service. employees have very bad employment. not only dod they increase their prices, but they have the nerve to be cheap with their portions. their parts are becoming smaller and smaller. but this special makes it really a bad experience
Why don't ALL of the Chipotle's give extra cilantro when you ask? 2 stores said they can't give it. 1 of the 2 said there is a shortage!!!! SMH! This store the young lady said they only cook with it and not give it to the customers. But she did give me a spoonful in a cup. One store just piles it on for me. I love it!!! So if I could have gotten a nice amount on my bowl today I would have given this store 5 . Chicken was not burnt and beans weren't dry
