Baskin-robbins - Huntersville

I visited the restaurant and ordered two large milkshakes, which cost $16.00. What I received were essentially two cups filled with ice, a chocolate flavor, two scoops of vanilla ice cream in each cup, and barely any milk. They were so thick that we had to ask the staff to mix them again and add more milk for them to be drinkable. It's common knowledge that a proper milkshake consists of ice, milk, and flavor. After trying to enjoy our milkshakes, we called the location to speak with a manager, but the response we received was very rude. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to this location, nor would we recommend the Huntersville site to anyone.

I urgently needed a cake large enough to serve 20 people for a party. Bailey and her team assisted me over the phone, and I was able to order a cake in just 10 minutes. They even wrote my message on the cake for me. I truly appreciate their excellent service!
