Phở Ginseng - Huntersville

Please visit Pho Ginseng! I know many Vietnamese restaurants are growing throughout the Charlotte area but this place in particular has the heart and soul of pho! The Peanut Satay Pho stays on my mind rent free, it is that delicious.Everyone who works at Pho Ginseng are amazing, it’s their restaurant and home cooking. Please give them a try the next time you are in Huntersville!

I’ve eaten around a few Pho places in the area. It’s definitely really good! I also thing the egg rolls are some of the best i’ve had in awhile. The inside ambiance isn’t the best, but I always get it to go and it’s amazing to go!

Post on Nextdoor are saying they are stealing your credit card information and stealing funds from your account. Pay them in cash . Cant Truss it...oh no , no, no Pho.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST THE BUSINESS OWNERS ARE CONDUCTING FRAUD THEY ARE CURRENTLY INVOLVED IN POLICE INVESTIGATION THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING CUSTOMER CARDS 200-300$ AFTER DINNING AND UNCHARGING HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!!DO NOT WAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFO STOLEN.THE OLDER MAN THAT WORKS THERE IS UP TO NO GOOD!

Worst Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. The Pho soup had an old meat smell and it was very greasy. The pork in Vermicelli was also dry and cut in tiny pieces with scissors. Tables were not cleaned after customers left and it was apparent that they don’t wipe down any surfaces on the counter. The waitress yelled at us to pick what we want to eat as soon as we walked in before even sitting us down. When we were ready to pay and called her out, she won’t come out although we could see her. Update: a few hours after I left this place, I was contacted by my bank for this place charging me for two additional payments for $220 and $250. I don’t know if they are retaliating me for the review or there is a security issue. Do not go to this restaurant!!!!
