We were in “awe” of all the things we learned and how wonderful both the food and wine were. William Chris made our afternoon an experience we will never forget. We will absolutely be back. Best winery in Texas!
Some of my favorite wine. They really have some great selections!I went to the inside to ask for the bathroom and the bartender said “it’s all good”. What? I asked twice. Same answer. Started walking upstairs and was told it was outside. Okay fine.Went outside and sign said anyone with dinosaurs on the sign on the door for bathrooms. And lines. All good.Unfortunately the unisex restroom had the lid up and urine all over the floor.Wine good but need to rethink facilities. If you have unisex restrooms than every woman has to put the seat down and there is going to be a different level of sanitation.Four women outside the door were discussing that their shoes had urine on them from both bathrooms and we all had to touch the toilet seat to put it down because of the unisex restrooms.Hope they add a bathroom just for women as they do have enough as it 's avoidable to have to touch a public seat but we simply have no other way to use the shared facility.Lovely wine location and good wines. Staff other than the bartender inside the member 's area was excellent.
Samantha was our wine rep last weekend and she was fantastic! We absolutely loved her personality, her knowledge of the wines we tasted and her suggestions. She truly is a gem. We learned so much about this beautiful winery and their history. If you’re able to, please don’t miss out on this place when visiting Fredericksburg!
Awesome winery. Delicious wine. Charcuterie board was amazing. Grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Staff is very welcoming and personable. Definitely a favorite out of the area for me!
We attended the inaugural Sunset in the Vineyard and it was an amazing event. The grounds were gorgeous, the wines good(our favorite was the La Pradera), the venue was comfortable and the music great.Additionally, the event was family friendly. There were a number of people who had their children with them. There was room for them to run. There was volleyball, corn hole, horse shoes and I believe I saw a swing. If you get a chance to go to William Chris, go. Definitely go to Sunset in the Vinyard.
