They?re all over the window sill and around the store. I decided to look in my food and found one in my burger! I threw out myfood and went elsewhere but feel like some of the bugs have left with me
Ordered 2 small blizzards and we got to different sizes. They seemed to be smaller than usual as if they gave us the mini size. We have been to dq many times and usually get the medium, so I'm not sure how the small looks, but if this is the size it is arip off and dq has explaining to do.
Not great. I don 't know how else to put it. The drive thru lane is ridiculously slow. On this particular trip, I was in line by 9:30pm and there were about 5 cars in front of me. I didn 't reach the ordering speaker until 10:00pm. And, when I got there, Iwas asked to hold for another 5 minutes. I was immediately informed that there were no more hamburgers for the night. Which, nobig deal, that 's not what I was there for anyway. Keep in mind, I 've been to this location at least two other times and theline has been just as slow, if not worse. Anyway, I opted to drive to Dairy Queen for a late night sundae specifically becauseI wanted a Peanut Blaster Parfait. If McDonalds still served peanuts, I would 've gone there instead. So I ordered my PeanutBlaster and very slowly made my way to the pickup window. Once I got there, the young man working at the window said, Sorry,we 're out of peanuts . Okay I asked if I could order a medium hot fudge sundae instead. Which was almost $5. If I knew DQwas going to be out of peanuts, I would 've went to McDonalds and paid under $2 for a basic hot fudge sundae. Not to mention, thesundae I received was a joke. The ice cream was melting and the serving size was definitely not worth what I paid for. By thetime my entire experience was over, I spent almost 40 minutes waiting for an overpriced sundae. Lesson learned. I will not beback.
I arrived at the drive through at 8:57pm tonight and didn?t even make it out of there till 9:53 (without any food). There were 4 cars in the drive through (2 of the four had already ordered). I didn?t make it to the window of the drive through until9:45. I only ordered two small blizzards. After waiting so long, I simply asked for a refund. The employee told me that theywould go get the manager for that. I waited there for another 10 minutes before being told to come inside to get my refund. Iwent inside and got my refund at 9:53pm, an entire hour later, and they didn?t even give us our blizzards after all that, so Iliterally just wasted an entire hour of my life for nothing ????. They definitely seemed short staffed which is understandable, many businesses are struggling with staffing so that?s fine. The part that made me upset is that there was no manager to beseen who could take control of the situation and at least be upfront with customers. The cashiers and other employees up frontwere young and nervous and very apologetic, and quite frankly there should have been someone up front with more experience tohelp deal with customer concerns instead of leaving that to these kids. The kid who took my order literally said ?you know whatlet me just pay for your food I don?t care if they fire me?, while struggling to figure out how to process my refund. All Iwanted was two blizzards ????????????
Always nice staff. Fruit flies going CRAZY in there though. And no one was wearing gloves or hair nets ?? Really interesting. Looks like the kids had basically no work uniform to conform to. Please. Pull up the pants , tie your hair back and stand upstraight. it would really complement the nice service we get) Stuff leaking on the floors forms the garbage cans. Garbagecluttered around the seats. Usual. Rush hour I guess
