North Hi-way Cafe - Idaho Falls

Best breakfast in town. Only go here if you are a normal American cuz it isn't fancy and they don't serve starbucks. But if you want a good breakfast at a reasonable price this is it. I recommend the farmers omlette. oh if you are really concerned about healthy alternatives I wouldn't go there

I.F. Stand by. The food is good if you're looking for a greasy spoon. Don't try to order anything healthy or a salad, you will end up with bland iceberg lettuce and ranch dressing. We only do take out, as the decor is not so pleasant and the restaurant is filled with old men who look like they wished they could still smoke cigarettes in there.

A More-Than-Nice Surprise!. I had heard rumors about how delicious the North Hi-Way Cafe was, but it wasn 't until recently that I ventured into it with a friend. WOW! Was I surprised. Good, No!, Great food and a low price. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Menu was full of yummy 'blue plate specials ' to pick from. It was tasty and filling. I will DEFINITELY be back. <br/ <br/ Next time, I think I will get something I can eat while sitting outside on their 'wooden horses ' (see photo) as I count only blue cars that drive by! (I love to eat outside whenever I can)

This place is a classic diner. Fantastic traditional breakfasts chicken fried steak and eggs, amazing corn beef hash . But most wonderful is the Rare Beef Sandwich. The best sandwich ever.

The food is good, coffee is the best. The wait staff can be hit or miss that is the only reason I don't give 5 stars. A couple of the gals are the nicest you'll ever met and they keep your drinks full. A couple seem extremely miserable and cannot keep your drink filled. Always enjoy eating here though, as did generations in my family!
