Diablas Kitchen - Idaho Falls

We have had the privilege of having Diablas cater some of our family's most significant life events, including my son's rehearsal dinner and three occasions related to my daughter's wedding. We feel extremely fortunate to have had Deana along with her wonderful family and staff working to make our celebrations truly memorable. The food was consistently unique and amazing. Even when faced with a downpour during our daughter's outdoor wedding, Deana and her team remained calm and professional. We are incredibly grateful for their support. Additionally, my friends and I have enjoyed many Sunday brunches at Diablas. We will truly miss the delightful food, exceptional service, and warm interactions. Wishing Deana and her family and staff the best of luck—we can't wait to see what you do next!

I even experienced one of my most awkward interactions there, which ultimately turned into a moment of personal growth and self-love. Ms. D created a space filled with love, comfort, and a real sense of family. To top it all off, the food was always exquisite, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to accommodate dietary needs. I’m truly saddened to see this place go, but I’m incredibly grateful for all the memories and experiences I've had there. It was such a significant part of my time in Idaho Falls. My love for this place will always remain.

Words can't fully capture my disappointment with this conclusion. Diablas, Deana, and your family have been a significant part of my journey in Idaho Falls. Our culture embraced the passion of a chef and staff who created inspired dishes and tirelessly supported our community. I understand that you can't please everyone, Deana, so forget the critics. I truly appreciate you all, your food, your humor, and your ongoing contributions to our community. God bless you!

Food was good and many menu items are menu items found in the New Orleans territory. Few items were a little on the spicy side and menu is definitely on the pricey side. But food is good and service is excellent. The employees made us feel very welcome.
