Contribuisci feedbackI ordered drinks for a group of 15 and we waited patiently while all the other cars and people received their drinks. When I inquired about our order, I found out that they never even placed it. I won't be supporting this location again. Food: 1/5.
I can appreciate a bit of conversation with customers, but waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes because the staff at the window won’t stop chatting even after handing over the order is ridiculous. This hasn’t been an issue in the past, but it’s become a problem in the last couple of weeks. The person at the window needs to set better boundaries when it comes to overly talkative customers. Some of us just want to grab our drinks and get to work!
They have hired new staff so it takes a bit longer due to training, but so worth it. Be patient, understand that they are learning just like you once did.
Dutch Brothers is flat out the best coffee experience that I’ve integrated into my daily routine, the people are always so friendly and welcoming, makes you feel great for the rest of the day, I love them and totally dig all of their drinks hot or cold!!Food: 5/5
Love dutch brothers except the price but you do get slot of coffee in a large.Food: 5/5
