Mackenzie River Pizza, Grill Pub

I give this restaurant 5 stars for its fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service. We ordered burgers with fries, as well as dessert, and everything arrived promptly. The menu offered a great variety of options, and the prices were quite reasonable for Idaho Falls. We felt right at home and will definitely return! Additionally, the restrooms were impeccably clean.

The noodles had a burnt flavor, and the Alfredo sauce just didn’t taste right. My salad was quite wilted, and the pears were definitely unappetizing. Unfortunately, we had to throw away nearly all of our food, with a trash can conveniently located to the right.

My fiancé ordered a flight of beers, but when they were brought out, the waitress couldn’t identify which was which. She promised to return shortly with that information but didn’t come back for about 15 minutes. We had already finished the beers by the time she returned and had to make a guess about which was which. I don’t like to complain, and the food was decent—nothing extraordinary. The waitress was friendly, but it seems she just lacks experience with serving beer. Overall, I felt the experience was a bit overpriced for what we received.

Chalyze was an absolute treasure, as our server this evening!!! My daughter and I have never experienced such generosity, kindness, and joy at this establishment as Chalyze showed us. We will be back, bc of her!!!!! Thank you
