Contribuisci feedbackWhat to say... what a beautiful discovery!!! Successful dishes, impeccable service. Thank you all for this great time. Next time I'll start for the discovery menu.
A great welcome moment in the smiles at our arrival, meals and tasty and hearty dishes. Nice discovery that this table.
Art’zain ( shepherd in Basque) is a restaurant located in the heart of the Basque country, in an old barn tastefully renovated. I enjoyed the mix of tradition and creativity both in the design of places and in the plate. The Michelin guide awarded a green star to Chief Henri Amestoy in 2021. An address of quality and location to be recommended.
Very good restaurant where we will lunch today, very pleasant setting, very good reception. The dishes, the menu at 34 euros, were delicious dishes. Very good bread from the nearby bakery. We tasted: cucurbitrate velvets, gizzards and kale cabbage pesto then wild shrimp on the cream of cod brandade, emulsion of crustaceans, then soft chocolate and buckwheat foam. My companion ate, lentil vinaigrette, egg mimosa, dried fruits and chestnut tile, then almost veal, seiche ink juice and livèche, then dessert a Russian accompanied by his potimarron ice.
Great restaurant. Very nice setting and the principle of eating that local is really nice. I highly recommend!
