Arby's - Ithaca

This restorer has improved in recent months. I have my food, just what I ordered. It also tasted fresh and hot. No problems with the workers. I didn't have to wait long.

One of the quicker fast-food chains in Ithaca, with friendly staff and speedy service—just as fast food should be!

I was a Uber driver on pickup. Note that you use drive thru. I finally had to drive you and they told me to come in and get it. God, after waiting so long, they can't just give it to me and save us both time!

The cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing. The bathroom was in poor condition, although the dining area was acceptable. As for the staff, let's just say they should take this review into consideration!

The Coke had no flavor and just fizz, the fries were served cold, and the dining area was chilly too. The staff seemed overwhelmed and there appears to be a constant increase in prices while the quality declines. At this rate, I won't be able to afford to eat here much longer. The bell was missing, but even if it were there, I wouldn't have rung it.
