Local Restaurant Bar - Jackson

The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the food was fantastic.

The restaurant was quite noisy, making it less than ideal for a date night. I had hoped that more of the food would be freshly prepared rather than pre-packaged, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. As someone with a food allergy, my options were very limited, resembling more of what you might find at a chain restaurant. Since we were just a party of two, the waitress didn't seem very attentive to us. She appeared to focus more on two larger parties of six. While I understand she was likely aiming for good tips, we didn't even receive information about the daily specials, and our water was never refilled.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! Our host, Hunter, was very friendly. We waited about 30 minutes, which is exactly what we were informed to expect. My sister ordered the crab cakes and loved them. The French onion soup was exceptional! The focaccia bread was delicious too. All the food arrived hot and in a timely manner. Our waiter, Cody, was friendly, efficient, and made our visit fun!

You can definitely notice when the food is made fresh on-site, especially if you have a food allergy. Unfortunately, the options were very limited. Our waitress appeared to prioritize the larger tables over our group of two. Additionally, this is not a good choice for a date night, as it was quite noisy.
